Lost/Stolen Cards 

Contact OUR Credit Union during normal business hours if a card is lost or stolen at 248.549.3838 or after hours at 800.554.8969.

Transaction Limit

OUR Credit Union sets a transaction limit on your debit card account. (Debits exceeding your daily limit will be declined). When using your debit card as an ATM card, regular ATM limits apply. You should always have the proper funds available in your checking account when using your debit card.

NSF Fees

If you exceed your funds, a non-sufficient funds (NSF) fee will be applied to your account. To avoid NSF fees, you may designate a transfer of funds from your savings or overdraft line-of-credit to cover withdrawals.

Qualifying

To qualify for a MasterCard debit card, you must complete an application and have an OUR Credit Union checking account. If you already have an ATM card, it will not be renewed when you qualify for a MasterCard debit card.

Accounts will be charged the standard Overdraft fee for handling each overdraft created by check, ACH, Point-of-Sale, ATM withdrawal, in-person withdrawal, or other electronic item that is paid and a fee for items returned. An overdrawn balance must be repaid within 30 days. We may not pay items under your overdraft privilege if you do not maintain your account in good standing by bringing your account to a positive balance within every thirty (30) day period for a minimum of 24 hours, if you default on any loan or other obligation to Engagement Client or if your account is subject to any legal or administrative order or levy.
