Securely make your payments online
While loan payments made from your OUR Credit Union account are always free using online banking, we also offer the ability to transfer from another institution via our web payment portal.
To make a loan payment from your checking account or credit card at another financial institution, all you need to do is access OUR Web Payment Center, a self-serve web payment portal, create a log in using your member number, birth date and the last four digits of your social security number and then enter your payment information. There is no fee for this service.
An additional payment option is Pay-by-Phone. You can make a payment by calling an OUR Credit Union representative, at (248) 549-3838, option 6 and they will assist you with completing your payment information over the phone. There is a $10 convenience charge for this service.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What do I need to complete my web portal registration?
A: To create your web portal log in you will need you member number, your birth date and the last four digits of your Social Security Number. Please remember to use the correct format when entering your information. For example, MM/DD/YYYY for your birth date.
Q: What information will be validated with OUR Credit Union during registration?
A: Two security questions, your member number and billing zip code on file with OUR Credit Union.
Q: What do I do if my user ID is locked?
A: Please contact OUR Credit Union at (248) 549-3838, option 6 to have your user ID re-enabled.
*Please note – Your account will be disabled after 90 days of inactivity or not logging in.
Q: How do I reset my password?
A: Click on Problems Logging In on the web payment portal and follow the steps to reset the password.
* Please note – OUR Credit Union representatives cannot reset a password. However, a representative can look up your user name and billing zip code to assist with resetting a password.
Q: I am trying to register for the first time and I get a message that says my account is unavailable for 24 hours. How do I resolve this?
A: This error will result if you provide incorrect responses to the validation questions. After 24 hours, you may attempt registration again by providing correct responses.
Q: What if I can’t remember the answer to my security question?
A: Simply complete a new registration.
Q: Is there a convenience charge?
A: There is not a fee for this service.
Q: Can I set-up recurring payments online?
A: You can set up a recurring payment at no cost by contacting OUR Credit Union Call Center at (248) 549-3838 or by completing an ACH Authorization Form and returning it to a branch.
Q: Can I payoff my loan online?
A: To pay off your loan you will need to speak to someone in our Call Center at (248) 549-3838 or stop into a branch.
Q: Can I pay less than the minimum or more than my monthly payment?
A: The Web Portal will accept less than the minimum payment due and up to the maximum limit. Payments are limited to $1,000 or less per ACH transaction and $500 or less per debit or credit card transaction.
Q: Why can’t I see my loan on the web portal?
A: You will only see a loan if you are listed as a borrower. If you have a new loan, you will need to re-register.
Q: I have a new email address and am not receiving the new password I requested?
A: Please contact an OUR Credit Union Specialist at (248) 549-3838, option 6 to have your email address updated.
Q: How do I cancel a recent payment?
A: Please contact an OUR Credit Union Specialist at (248) 549-3838, option 6 to have your payment canceled, if it is the same business day.
