We remain open and are here to help.  Most transactions can be handled remotely or through our drive-thru from 9am-4pm Monday-Friday and 9am-1pm on Saturday. Our lobby is only available by appointment.  

If you are concerned about your finances, we have several options to help. Our Call Center remains available from 9am-4pm Monday-Friday and 9am-1pm on Saturday to help with remote access, questions regarding your account, applying for a loan or discussing your options for existing loans.  They can be reached by texting or calling 248.549.3838 or by email at info@ourcuonline.org.

Telephone Banking 

Call Telephone Banking by calling 248.663.7881 

Members may access their accounts from any touch tone phone with a PIN by using our Telephone Banking service.

Some of the options available include the following:

  • Inquire if specific checks have cleared
  • Verify direct deposit transactions
  • Transfer funds between accounts within the same base account number
  • Conduct inquiries on Savings, Checking, Line of Credit, IRA, Loan, or Mortgage 
  • Obtain information on existing loans
  • Transfer loan payments

Get Your Telephone Banking PIN 

You can request a PIN by calling our office at 248.549.3838 or when visiting a branch, you can select your own PIN.

For your convenience, you can always change your PIN through our Telephone Banking system.
