Shared Branches provide our members with branches nationwide. You can conveniently conduct transactions such as withdrawals and deposits, loan payments and advances, Visa® cash advances and more. All OUR Credit Union branches are Shared Branches.
*You need a valid picture ID and your OUR Credit Union account number for any transaction at a Shared Branch location. Certain transactions and service restrictions apply.
You have access to surcharge-free ATMs across the United States and Canada. You can use your OUR Credit Union ATM/Debit card to withdraw cash, make deposits and loan payments, check balances and more!
Enhanced Shared Branching Security Begins May 1st
To better protect you from account takeover fraud, the Shared Branching Network is rolling out a new ID authentication process for in-person visits at participating credit union branches. This new security measure ensures it’s really you accessing your account—not an imposter.
How It Works for Out-of-State IDs:
If you visit one of our Shared Branch locations and present an out-of-state ID, you’ll be asked to complete a quick multi-factor authentication process using a QR code and one-time passcode.
Here’s what to expect:
- Scan the QR code in branch or visit verify.coop.org
- Select Your Credit Union from the list
- Enter your member number and last four digits of your Social Security number
- Upload a photo of your ID
- Take a selfie
- Show the one-time passcode to the teller (valid for 20 minutes)
