Scam Alert: Fraudulent Text Messages-We have received reports that scammers are spoofing OUR Credit Union’s name and/or phone number and sending text messages to members asking them to click a link to verify their information. Please remember: OUR Credit Union will never send you a text message asking you to click a link, never ask you to share your Two Factor Code or provide personal information. If you receive a suspicious message Do not click the link, log in to your online or mobile banking to verify your account activity, and call us directly at our main phone number to report the incident.
To further protect your account, you can also set up debit card alerts in online or mobile banking. Simply click OUR CU Card Control and choose your alert types, transaction notifications, and more.
