We have received reports that scammers are spoofing OUR Credit Union’s name and phone number and sending text messages to members asking them to click a link and verify their information. Please remember: OUR Credit Union will never contact you and ask you to share your PIN or change your PIN, click a link to verify account information, provide your Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) code, share your password, or provide personal or account information.
If you receive a suspicious text message, do not click the link, log in to Online Banking or Mobile Banking directly to verify your account activity, and call OUR Credit Union at our main phone number to report the incident.
For added protection, set up debit card alerts through Mobile Banking by selecting OUR CU Card Control. You can customize alert types, transaction notifications, and other security settings to help monitor account activity.
