Logging into the new Online Banking
If you currently have automatic transfers set-up within online banking, we recommend you take a screen-shot of those because they will not be carried over after the System Upgrade. They will need to be reestablished in the new online banking platform. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Please Note: Before using our Mobile App, you must first log in to the full web version to activate your account.
Andriod Users: You can now access the app from the GooglePlay Store. You must first delete your current app and then install the new one.
iPhone Users: You can delete the old app and redownload the new one, or you may have success simply updating your current app.
Call 248-663-7881 to log in. Select Option 5 to reset your password. You will use the last 4 of the primary member's SSN and then it will prompt you to change your PIN.
Please also note your sub accounts have changed as well. For instance, 008 is now 020, 032 is now 050.
