Monday, November 16, 2020 - All lobbies are again open for in-person transactions that cannot be completed remotely or in our drive-thru. If you would like to know if your transaction can be completed remotely or would like assistance setting up remote access, including Online Banking and Bill Pay, Mobile Banking, and Remote Deposit, please contact us by calling or texting 248.549.3838.
Tuesday, November 2, 2020 - Our top priority remains the health and well-being of our staff, our members, and our community. At this time we have temporarily closed the Normandy lobby. The Drive-thru remains open regular hours. You are also welcome to visit any of our other branch lobbies for member services that cannot be completed online or in the drive-thru. Monday, June 8 2020 - Today we resume full, regular hours in our Lobbies and Drive Thrus. While we will continue to offer and promote the ability to perform most transactions remotely, including remote deposit, online loan applications and even digital loan closings, we are eager to welcome our members back with additional safety precautions including social distancing, wearing of masks, splash guards at our workstations along with nightly cleaning and disinfection of all our branches. We ask that you please review Our Safety Precautions before stopping in.
Monday, June 1 2020 - As we continue to transition to fully reopen the credit union, we now have adjusted Lobby Hours :10 am -3 pm, Monday-Friday. Drive Thru service remains available regular hours Monday - Friday and adjusted hours Saturday 9 am - 1 pm. We will begin standard hours Monday, June 8th with additional safety precautions in place. We ask that you please review Our Safety Precautions before stopping in.
Our Contact Center is available regular hours: Monday-Friday 8 am - 6 pm and Saturday 9 am - 1 pm.
Wednesday, April 29, 2020 - We have adjusted our temporary hours. Drive thru service will be available at the Normandy, Twelve Mile and Rochester Rd branches Monday-Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday 9am-1pm. Our Contact Center will be available Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm and Saturday 9am-1pm. Members can schedule a lobby appointment by contacting our Call Center for any service that cannot be completed online or via the drive thru.
We are here to help. If you are having a challenge making a loan payment or need other help during this difficult time please contact us so we can review all options available to you. Our Call Center remains available to help with remote access, questions regarding your account, applying for a loan or discussing your options for existing loans. 12/31/2020: Stimulus deposits will be distributed this week and next. For the most up-to-date information, visit the IRS website.
- Log in to Online Banking (or via the Mobile App) to see if your stimulus deposit has been made. It will appear in the 'pending transactions' section. If your deposit is pending, please know it will post on the scheduled date and we are unable to post the deposit prior to the scheduled date.
- If you do not have a direct deposit set up through the IRS, paper checks will be issued. (We do not know when deposits will arrive).
- Free File Fillable Forms reopens January 2021, if you are a non-filer.
- Signing up for eAlerts allows you to quickly and easily set up account notifications.
Please remember we do not know when members will be receiving their payments and we are unable to release pending transactions prior to the scheduled date.

Friday, April 10, 2020 - A message from Tina Dix, President/CEO
As we all navigate through these challenging times, one thing you can count on is your credit union. While we have adjusted our hours and restricted in-branch visits, our team remains committed and ready to assist you remotely with all of your financial needs. As mentioned in the Spring Newsletter, we have a variety of options available to help, including assistance with your existing loans and we have introduced an Emergency Relief Loan, which can help cover expenses for those who find themselves financially impacted by Covid-19.
I want to take this time to personally thank the doctors, nurses, and other hospital staff, who are demonstrating heroic efforts to care for those with Covid-19. Right now, we're coordinating meal deliveries for staff at area hospitals. I'd also like to recognize the other essential workers; our police officers, firefighters, grocery store workers, and others, including our own dedicated OUR Credit Union employees. Please stay safe and do not hesitate to reach out of we can be of any help.
Thursday, March 26, 2020 - As we continue to track the latest developments regarding COVID-19, OUR Credit Union remains here to serve your financial needs. To ensure the safety of our staff and members while complying with all state and county executive orders, beginning Monday March 30th our drive thru will be open from 9am-4pm Monday-Friday and 9am-1pm on Saturday. Our lobby will remain available by appointment only for critical services that cannot be completed remotely or through the drive thru.

Tuesday, March 17, 2020 - We have decided to close our lobbies in response to the updated recommendations regarding the COVID-19 (coronavirus), but will continue to offer drive thru services during regular hours. Members can schedule an appointment for services that cannot be completed online or in the drive thru by contacting our Call Center.
At this time, our Washington Branch lobby will remain open, but will be limited to two members at a time to follow current safety guidelines.
