OUR Credit Union Updates on COVID-19

Our top priority is the health and well-being of our staff, our members and our community

Thursday, March 26, 2020 - As we continue to track the latest developments regarding COVID-19, OUR Credit Union remains here to serve your financial needs.  To ensure the safety of our staff and members while complying with all state and county executive orders, beginning Monday March 30th our drive thru will be open from 9am-4pm Monday-Friday and 9am-1pm on Saturday. Our lobby will remain available by appointment only for critical services that cannot be completed remotely or through the drive thru.  

Monday, March 23, 2020 - As of Tuesday, March 24th all lobbies will be closed to walk up traffic and only available by appointment.  Drive thru service will be available at the Normandy, Twelve Mile and Rochester Rd branches. Members can schedule a lobby appointment by contacting our Call Center at 248.549.3838 for any service that cannot be completed online or via the drive thru.

Tuesday, March 17, 2020 - We have decided to close our lobbies in response to the updated recommendations regarding the COVID-19 (coronavirus), but will continue to offer drive thru services during regular hours. Members can schedule an appointment for services that cannot be completed online or in the drive thru by contacting our Call Center at 248.549.3838. At this time, our Washington Branch lobby will remain open, but will be limited to two members at a time to follow current safety guidelines.
